How secure is a wifi network?

Nowadays is easy to find a free or open wifi hotspot to check your e-mail or bank accounts where you’re far from home. Almost every device, from notebooks to cellphones, have wifi capabilities.

People often talks about wifi security thinking about their wifi nets but they don’t think much about their device and data security where in other people’s networks.

None of my neighbors got wifi (really!) nor pc’s but, in summer, they get the family-from-the-big-city visiting them. Someday I leaved my wifi open (and now I don’t remember why) until one day in summer that I noticed some bandwith and latency

IGO Stowaway ultra-slim keyboard

I ordered this Blluetooth keyboard two days ago at Expansys. The price was unbeatable: 50EUR shipping and taxes included.

Finally today arrived, shipped by DHL. I’m testing it with my Nokia N800 and, for now, I’m very pleased.

The pairing was a bit difficult, mainly because the poor manual.

I also noticed that the monetary symbols (dollar, euro, yen) doesn’t print.

I’ll do a more in-depth review later.
